Additionally, Miles has been here a number of times on another emergency (severe water leak due to weather) and he manages to get the issues in his area resolved quickly and he managed to take care of many of the follow up issues of other departments. He will return calls for help from home that are urgent.
Douglas GuerreroMarch 8, 2024Took the cover off the pool last week and, of course, there was a lot of dirt, leaves, etc., that always get in. Integrity sent Shawn to do a two visit "turnaround" to get the pool ready for the season. Shawn did such a good, thorough job using specialized equipment to get all the dirt out without sending it to my filter. Yesterday it was raining, but Shawn took his time and did a wonderful job.
